Yes. Laser surgery is sometimes used to lessen the severity of stretch marks, but the results are mixed. Laser treatments can help restore the skin's elasticity and also change the pigmentation so the stretch marks better "match" the rest of your skin. Microdermabrasion has been somewhat more successful in changing the appearance of stretch marks.

Yes, you can get a tummy tuck but you would end up with a scar running hip to hip instead.

but then instead of stretch marks, you'd have surgical scars. I'd rather have stretch marks.
