Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://www.browneyea.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Alot of food is purposely made to be addicting. Watch the movie Supersize Me. They interview one doctor who discusses a drug they use for heroin addicts that supresses the serotonin receptors in the brain. The drug is very effective for heroin addicts because it prevents them from feeling the high. He discusses how that drug given to chocolate lovers takes away the enjoyment of eating the chocolate.
Everyone should watch the movie. Did you know the burgers at McDonalds have ADDED sugar? Naaaasttyyy!

sometimes, the best thing to do is remove temptation. dont keep more delicious treats in the house, and if you do, keep them in small portions. also, it helps to eat every three hours, that way you dont overeat come lunchtime.
im the same way, and these things helped me. best of luck!
