it is probably read "Heleena," perhaps "hay-lay-na" few people will guess that they should read the j as y.
I believe the Jelena is the spanish adaptation of the name Helena. if that be the case, it has an h sound..

In many languages the accent is on the next to last syllable. However, it is Her name (or yours) so you can pronounce it however you want to. I would tend to yah LAY nah . Interesting that you give the "J" the "Y" sound.
