I guess it would depend on the overall appearance of her - if she also dressed "tarty" on top and is basically trying to make herself look 20 then yes its wrong - but if shes just being adventurous with a skirt but keeping the rest of her respectable then no I dont think theres anything wrong with it!
In this day and age its a lot more acceptable for older women to be adventurous and experimental with their outfits so I dont think shes doing much wrong really

If she looks like mutton dressed a lamd when she has the "tarty"
skirt on then maybe she needs a wardrobe rethink. However if she has the legs and figure of a 25 yr old then good for her.

If she generally looks a mess it`s wrong. You can wear short skirts when you`re over 40 if you`ve got the legs and figure, but the object at this age is to look elegant, classy and sophisticated not trashy!

what exactly does "tarty" mean, anyway? But to answer your question (I think), as long as this 44 yr old looks good then what is wrong with dressing in this fashion? Is it just that you cant dress like this and wish you could, or is there some other reason that you think she should not be dressing like that? Is she single or with a significant other? I personally do not see anything wrong with what you are asking.

You need to tell this women that wearing short skirts does not impress any one. In fact it gives people the impression that she is a sad lonely old women who is trying to relive those glory days when she once felt good about herself and looked good in those short skirts.
If i was you woman DITCH THE SKIRTS AND ACT YOUR AGE!

You seem jealous of her "care less" attitude.
She can wear what she wants, Why not? life is about having fun without hurting anybody. She isn't hurting anyone so leave her be!
So just let her get on with it. They'll be out of fashion soon! And she'll be on to the next craze!!! Good on her!!

Depends on if she looks smart or trashy. I would say it's wrong if she looks like Kevin Wicks' ex Shirl, but Liz McDonald would be a bit more acceptable.
