Generally women like attention and will do anything to get a look, smile of aproval and so on, but usually this means nothing and men shouldn't think they are going to get something out of it.
Out of the group of women who like attention, comes the group known as attention whores, those women have mental problems and you should avoid them like the plague. They want constant attention from anyone and everyone and you will get into many embarassing situations with them, because they do anything to make people turn around and look at them or say something which means you will get into fights with stupid guys a bunch of times.

It's a game... women are very catty and like to see if they can attract the attention of someone else's man just for the sheer knowledge of knowing she can. Now, a little flirting is harmless, it's how far some chicks are willing to take it. And sweetie,,, men do this kind of thing as well. It's called "no commitment" Don't kid yourself.
