It is extremely dangerous to lose wieght really fast.
And besides if you lose weight really fast what will you wear? Your clothes will fall off. Instead of trying to lose wieght really fast. Moderate wieght loss is much better.
Why don't you try replaceing all the soda you drink with water?
Replace your typical dessert with fresh fruit.
Stop putting sauces and gravy on your food, and remove the fat from any meat you eat.
Do you have an out door hobby or sport? If you don't get one.
Depending on where you live it might be tough now, but every time you move your body when you would normally be sitting you are speeding up the wieghtloss, and increaseing your muscle mass which burns callories quicker. If you can pick an activity that you enjoy, you will be more likely to do it regularly then if it is an activity you hate.
Last pick a low calorie low fat healthy snack you like, butter free popcorn, fresh fruit, or fresh sauce free veggies and stock up on that item , keep some of this item on you when ever possible.
When you get hungry and it isn't time for your next meal eat your healthy snack, and drink a large glass of water, thirty minutes later if you are still hungry eat more.

The basic way is to make it so that your output exceeds your input. That is you burn more energy than you consume. Cardio-vascular excerise is great for health overall and losing weight. You can also try excercise and take supplements, like carnitine (an amino-acid that transports the fat to the mitochondria where the fat is burned). Another popular supplement is CLA (conjugated-linoic acid) which reduces fat cells and promotes muscle growth. Whatever you do make sure u drink heaps of water. This is the main key in losing weight. There are so many tips in losing weight I havnt got enuff space to explain. Remember to kick start your metabolism by eating breakfast and eat less throughout the day. Dont eat too many carbs. Caffiene is good to boost your metabolism also, but i would recommend other sports products that contain caffiene along with other ingredients like grape seed extract or some citrus extract. Go to your local health store and ask the assistant for advice on product for losing weight. Protein diet is pretty popular. But the creator of that diet died by a heart attack himself. There is no answer to this question, no quick fix, you don't lose weight really fast. To be "skinny" would depend on your body type to start with. Some bodies are more rounded, or stocky, some are skinny, some even when at a healthy weight for their body frame will never be skinny.
Eating healthy, consulting your doctor, and exercise can help, though that also does not always work.

Well first of all don't eat as much as you usually do. Try to cut down to just a breakfast, lunch, and dinner, no snacks in between. When you do eat, eat salads and fruits and really healthy foods, but not a large portion of them. Try being more active and taking stairs and walking around more instead of sitting. If you want you could even work out. This is the heathiest way to lose weight.

you have to exersize and burn more calories than you take in. This takes a long time to achieve and requires a total lifestyle change from the person concerned. Once you're skinny, you have to continue working just as hard to maintain it.
Healthy diet is important but depriving yourself of food is ludicrous. You need to BURN fat by exercizing and exercizing one hell of a lot - every day if necessary and forlong periods of time. You don't burn fat by sitting on your *** not eating.

That's not possible especially if you want to lose fat. Most crash diets allow you to lose water weight and will eat at your muscle which is really bad, because muscle burns calories > Fat burns calories.

You can't do this fast. You require a program or plan over time. Depending on your body type, you may never be skinny where you want to be skinny. Stay healthy.

There is no easy fix for Weight Loss, I suggest doing a program like Weight Watchers, it works well and teaches you to eat right.
