Start by locating the town on a map,

Zoom in on North Carolina (+), you will find the town somewhere in the middle.
Now you now how to get there, you can try traveling there and calling all the numbers in the phone book for that town until you find your children

You can pray. I hear from a lot of Christians that it helps. So just pray that God finds your children for you, because for all you know, I could be eating them both right now. Sorry, that was inappropriate. Just go door to door, asking people if they stole your children. They won't think you're crazy, honestly.
