its not normal but u'll survive, i know a guy that drink only coke for 12 years, he have really nice white teeth xD haha fake..
I drink 4 litres a day... seems hard eh > thats 16 glasses of 250ml water... not that hard if u fill up 2x 2 litres water bottle and scule em in 1/4 or 2/3s at a time :) theres some tips for ya too.

The current theory is that you must drink a litre and a half to two litres of water in a day! Start the day, early morning when you get up, with about 300 to 400 ml of water! Drink water 20 min's after each meal: about two glasses of water every time, that way you end up drinking nearly 2 lit's in aday! (for a normal adult with average activity and health!)

i drink at least 2 litres a day of water, helps with the diets too as helps to fill you up.. added bonus! if I dont drink enough for a few days my skin starts to look pale.

yeah thats normal .ppl dont drink enough water but we should drink otherwise we suffer afterwards.we should drink at least seven to nine glasses a day.

It is recommended that we drink approx. 8 glasses (8oz) per day. Not everyone does this and yes you do make up for the 8 glasses by drinking and eating other things like (coffee, tea, fruits, veggies etc.).

One should drink somewhere between 2.5 to 5litres of water everyday. one should drink 30 min before taking food or atleast after 45 min after food depending upon the typle of food one eats.It keeps persons healthy.
