Jesus is Emmanuel....God with us. Although many people have worn the name there is only one with power in the name. Jesus the son of the Living God. 2000 years ago he died on the cross to save us from our sins and be the blood sacrifice that was needed so that we could have a personal relationship with God.

There is an Almighty creator. His name is YHVH. He sent a Savior so we would not have to die for our sins. The Savior's name was (and is) YHVH is my Savior.--His name is YAHOSHUA! In the book They gave us (Called Scriptures) They tell us not to use names of pagan mighty ones. (Ex. 23:13). Also there was no "J" until 1400 A.D. so we can be sure that neither the Almighty's name, nor the Savior's name has a "J" in it! --- So! Who is Jesus? That is the name of the pagan deity Iesus "translated" into English, in clear violation of Scriptures! (It might rather be "Hail Zeus" rendered into English, it is hard to be sure.) Final answer- Churchianity claims it is the name of the true Savior who came to save us about 2000 years ago. It is not! For it violates His Word (Scriptures) on substantial points. Needless to say, many people would disagree with me.
