well as a christian its really hard for your parents to allow u to have a boyfrend, so how do u ask your parents if ur allowed to have a boyfend at the age of 16?

Ask them if you can go out with some Christian friends on a Saturday afternoon. It might help if its more people get to know a guy before you start dating. and do it in the day as well. It is better than in the night. Then they still might say know no so just put aside the issue. because if you keep on begging they'll think your to immature to have a boyfriend. Wait till you can really have a serious one. Don't date every Christian under the sun for the fun of it.Hope I helped.
P.S. I'm a Christian and don't do any of the above that others have suggested. Its not a good idea.

well my family is muslim, though we're not religious at all, i can understand where ur coming from. i think its more of a culture thing, for e.g, my dad cant accept that my male friends are in fact FRIENDS, so culd u imagine me telling him abt a bf!! i dont think you should tell them ur guy is your bf, tell em that your just really good mates (which is actually quite true ;) ) and if things start getting serious, THEN u can tel ur parents bcos u'd hav something solid to base ur argument upon when discussing it w/ them. Well ask them if it will be okay. Or just be with them and not tell. There is your option. i don' know how the Christian thing works but that is what I would do. good luck!

Sit them down and ask them...
understand their views and concerns about why they dont want you to date... Understand it from their point of view, then try and work around that.
Perhaps their biggest concern is sex...ie...being date raped, or sex before marriage. So speak to them... its the only way you can resolve it.

u do not! becoz they will not let u!, wat u do is u sneakl out with him, like grab a bunch of guys and girls and say ur going out in a group, that way u can spend time with him out of school without ur parents giving u a hard time.
