depends on the resolution.... You can have something 10x10 at 150 dpi and the amount of pixels would be half of 10x10 at 300 dpi. Make sense? Pixels are not a proper form of measurement, as they are dependant on the resolution.

My suggestion; Forget about pixels, measure the DVD cover in in. or cm. or whatever you use; Then set your resolution to 300 dpi. A printer will always print to the size in cm. The pixels will either be squeezed or expanded to fit into that size.

You cannot be precise. It would all depend on how many pixels per square inch you wanted to use. You could, in theory, have a cover that was merely one pixel square. You wouldn't see much except some very attenuated colour, however.

All depends on the pixels per inch (ppi)
If I have 300 ppi it wil be 1425 x 1425
If it is 100 ppi it will be 475 x 475

Inch dimension are: 4.75 x 4.75
