Thou shalt not steal(except on Wednesdays, when you MUST steal)
Thou shalt not commit adultery(unless you're into swinging, then it's okay)
Honor thy father and mother( unless your father is abusive and your mother is a crackwhore)
Thou shalt have no other gods before me( but it is okay to have them slightly to the left of me)
Add in that none of the commandments apply over international waters, and that should about do it.

I remember something happening here in the UK, where people were asked to name an Eleventh Commandment. I can't remember which it was, but it was either...
Take responsibility for your own actions... or
Love Thy Neighbour as thou would love thyself.
I think it was the latter one.
