1st, talk more English in all of your conversations. next, if possible, speak to some Caucasians (from UK/US). because their native language is English, speaking to them, you will pick a thing or two from them. if you can constantly do this, your level of effective spoken English, will improve.

Start taking any basic course on english language from Berlitz in Pakistan (if you are Pakistani) or from Zee education network in India (if you are Indian). Meanwhile, Read newspapers like DAWN (Pakistan), or Times of India for increase in vocabulary. If you feel any hard word then look up in the dictionary to memorize the meaning and try to use that word in your speech.
