Yes, I do. Mild enough so I don't need a corset or the operation, but bad enough that it causes pain - I've got a constant ache in my lower back, and I constantly feel tired in my back.
It's noticeable as well, my right shoulder is a bit higher than the left, the collar bone sticks out more, as do the right hip. People say they don't see it until it's pointed out to them, but it did take me quite a long time to accept it.
It also makes buying clothes rather difficult - the clothes just don't sit as they should.
I think the worst thing was when I was in school - I spent so many days at home, because I could hardly get out of bed due to the pain, and none of my classmates could understand that. They thought bad backs were for old people, and that I was just ditching school.
But, even though there's so many things I hate about it, I am so thankful that I don't have it worse than I do - I have been quite lucky to go without both the corset and the operation.

Yeah, I have a fairly mild case of it. My right shoulder and hip are always more forward than my left and my back feels tired all the time. It is awful but my insurance won't cover getting it repaired because it is not serious enough.
