Does anyone know of a quiet full sized hair dryer?

I used to have a Babyliss Whisperjet which was excellent as the noise was greatly reduced compared to a normal hair dryer. It broke and now they only make it in travel size. The noise it made was lower in pitch than a normal hair dryer, normal hair dryers make a higher pitched noise which hurts my ears.

All ideas gratefully recieved and thanks in advance for answering.

no sorry but depending on your hair style couldn't, you set it in rollers and let it dry naturally

Finding a relatively quiet blow dryer IS a problem. I am a working hairdresser for many years and I have sustained hearing damage due to blow dryer noise. I hate it but the damage is done and there is nothing I can do about it now. My left ear rings constantly. I think the industry as a whole has let us down in this area. Anyhow, what I do is simply go to a supply store and literally read the labels and plug them in. I know this takes time but...to me it's worth it. Currently I have a Chi. The best of luck to you.
P.S. I am an advocate of using those little foam ear plugs while drying your hair.

if your want a powerful hair dryer , then your could try Super Turbo 2000, this hair dryer is so powerful but not absolut without noise, but less as compare with same powerful with other brand.
