I do not have sickness "common cold". But my head constantly feels cold. Am I lack some kind of vitamine?

Years ago, I can go out in the cold winter with wet head without feel uncomfortable. But now, even the temperature is in the low seventies my head feels cold. Icecream will freeze my head especially the lower back part.

This sounds strange. Have ever had your thyroid checked? Maybe you have developed a sensitivity to cold.
