LOL!!!! I'm not laughing at you, it's just a funny mental picture you drew. I would contact an animal behavioral specialist. They can tell you why she is doing and give you pointers on how to curb it.
In the meantime, I would get videos of the event in case the police are called. That way, you have proof that it's not you beating the little guy.

I have a bison frese and I do not understand the problems people have with them. I work and my dog is at home for 2 days a week on his own and is fine with this. He is very clean, he NEVER barks at all, he certainly doesnt scream, he is not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms and at night when the light goes out he settles in his bed no problem. If he tries to beg for food a sharp NO GO AWAY always does the trick. The vet is really impressed at how he is not overweight but it is not a problem. My dog is just 2 years old and I really think that like with children they need to know the rules and then they are happier. These are very intelligent dogs and they learn very easily, they like to please and so I find it easy to discipline my dog and reward him when he does the right thing and he loves to be told he is good. My dog even brings the mail to me from the front door. He is a delight with the children and they too reinforce the good behaviour rules and he is no problem at all. I think you have to let your dog know that this behaviour is not acceptable, if you remove him from the situation and ignore him he will soon learn, I have a NAUGHTY LEAD which works a treat, the lead is on the banister and if he is naughty I put him on the lead for 10 - 15 minutes to calm down. Let your dog know who is boss and he will respond.

You need to contact a local Dog obedience school or a Registered Dog Behaviorist. This is NOT normal----but it sure gets your attention, doesn't it? This is exactly what he is doing. This is a smart dog, and he's figured out that when he does this screaming thing, you'll do anything, give him anything, etc. just to get him to stop. He's a con-artist who needs some re-training and understand that this is NOT allowed. Don't get rid of the dog--he's one smart cookie, just needs a little attitude adjustment. Good luck with this.

I own a bull mastiff don't take this the wrong way but you are allowing this and he knows it.....sounds like a bit of a diva lol..feed him first and lock him out of the room whilst you are cooking and eating.........you are in charge.my dog is 10 and a half stone and I Don't have these problems because I established rules from the day he arrived.that hasn't stopped him from being a happy member of the family. It might seem cruel but its not once he knows whats expected of him he will be happier.

I'm sorry, but that made me laugh... not just because it is funny and I can picture it, but I have dealt with pets having odd behaviors.
It takes a while, but you have to not allow any behavior that is counter-productive. I used a kennel for bad behaviors, but you can't leave him in it too long. You have to let him out with good behavior and put him back for bad. It's a pain, but you must be consistent. Don't forget rewards for good behavior.
If you can't train him out of it yourself, call your vet and ask for suggestions.
In the meantime, the suggestion of video as a defence along with warning your neighbors might be a good idea.

do you make him do what you tell him to do? if not then his controling what he does by screaming. if you have a dog crate put him in it at dinner time so he can not beg.. also i would look up a dog trainer in your area and see if they could help you with the problem
