Don't take anything without a doctor's okay. Contrary to what some of the answerers have said, pills and products are sold even when NOT safe, so it's buyer beware. Why risk your health?

Nothing is allowed to be sold that is not safe. It will have had to go through lots of rigerous testing before they were allowed to sell them - esp without a prescription.
The question should more be do they work

yes they are safe, but personally i think they are more of a placebo than a real drug. i'd give them a miss.
I know a bloke who took several in one go and he reckoned they worked, however, i have taken them and they made no difference.

I'm sure they are safe - they couldnt sell them if they wasnt.
