From the birth of the human-being, everything and every"body" has an aim! This sentence is very general but I want to extend it. People have kept seeking their aims to this day. Why am I here? What do we live for? Looking for right answers for centruies, people come up with different goals to carry out. Some claim that we are here for we should explore the nature; some argue that we are here for we should know the gods/god and obey him... Namely, people have tried to pursue their aims for the whole life. This is still the case today! We must have some aims about both ourselves and our environment. It is obvious that life is nothing but an emptiness without having ideals.

If one hasn't got any ideal/aim about the life, s/he hasn't nothing to do something good for the life. What makes us happy, diligent are our targets actually. I would like you to think about the prisoners for a second! Why are they isolated from the life and the society? Why are they put into a four-walls room? What does it mean for you? Because their rights of choicing, rights of living, ideals, expextatitions are captured by the laws! This is one of the biggest punishments as you see. Referring to the quote, it would be impossible for the human-being to reach these days with a great deal of improvements in all fields of the life without having aims. As having aims are important for indivudials, it shouldn't be ignored for the actions needing corporate work. This includes organizational actions as well as individual efforts. It is vital that people taking part in organiational actions should determine their goals or expextations before setting out to do something, first of all. If you don't know the reason of what you do, you don't know actually what you do, and nothing but nonsense to follow something that doesn't follow some aims!

Aims are to be primary life sources for human-being, and if we want to achieve, we have to put clear targets on the table. Only if we do that, we can know what we do.

Thanks a lot.
