Do you mean the adjectives that come before the noun?

If it the adjective falls under one of these categories, then it comes before the noun.

B beauty- jolie, beau, etc
A age- jeune, nouveau, vieux, etc
G goodness- mauvais, bon, etc
S size- grand, petit, etc
O other- the word for other (autre)

Adjectives can't be irregular. I think you might actually be referring to the agreement of adjectives, eg. Le garçon doué / La fille douée. Adjective agree with the noun, unlike in English. If the noun is masculine the adjective should be too. Nouns can be masculine singular, masculine plural, feminine singular, feminine plural. These are some typical endings although there are quite a few exceptions (sorry!).

m - nothing
m pl - s
f - e
f pl -es
