Get back to basics. Sweat, as well as odor is most effectively controlled with powder or cornstarch.

Shower, pat dry. Apply deoderant, then sprinkle baby powder on top of that - and over your entire body. Blend it in with a paint brush so you don't have clumps of powder on you. Women have been using powder under their makeup for generations to close and clog their pores so they could maintain a fresh and dry appearance even when in extremely hot or humid conditions.

This was also my problem before. But now, no more. Because you MUST NOT ignore the call of nature. Regularly urinate because if not, the tendency of your urine's to become persperation. Just do this but be sure to drink at least 8-12 glasses of water a day.

If so and you have increased heart rate/ palpitation/ agitation you'd better to visit ur dr for being worked up for hyperthyroidism.
