Did Adam have a belly-button? I believe we can say, "No - Adam didn't. Neither did Eve."
Why? Because your belly-button (navel), or tummy-button as it's sometimes called, is a sign that you were once attached to your mother. You depended on that life-line - the umbilical cord - for your nourishment from her body as you developed inside her.

But our first parents, Adam and Eve, didn't develop that way. I believe that God would not have planted on them a false indication that they had developed in a mother's womb.

When God created Adam and Eve in mature form, the day they were created they might have appeared to be, say, 30 years old. But God wouldn't want or need to create the appearance of a false history, any more than the mature trees created by God would have had growth rings initially. Those are things which would develop in their offspring as a result of processes later on.

They did. At list Eve must have had it, logically speaking.
She had 2 sons. They had to be connected to her own belly. Now, Eve was made to look like Adam. Imagine Eve and their sons with belly buttons and Adam without it. he would be the freak of the town. I'd say they did.
But still, I wasn't there.

Yes, and the earth was created with dinosaur bones in place, also fossilized wood complete with growth rings, and sea fossils on mountaintops. Also light was created in space as if it had travelled millions of years from distant stars. And DNA was created in every cell of every organism on earth (except viruses) so that a tree of life would seem apparent to human beings.

That God! What a trickster!

No. Since they were created as adults.
You get belly-buttons from the umbilical cord as a foetus inside mummy.

I'm not sure (lol). I have a friend that goes to church everyday and they said Adam and Eve represents a story that humans can understand BUT they may have represented something and aren't just humans as we see it.

sure. When God created them, he sat them leaning against a fence, to dry out on the sun. Then the devil came out of the Hell, to visit God and make mischief. He saw the two figures sitting against the fence, came to them and asked: "And what is this?" He poked their bellies with his finger, and that is where belly buttons are.
At least my grandmother told me so.

No. They never existed at all either with belly buttons or not. They are mythical

Ooh! Good question! I guess since they were created by GOD and not given birth to, then no, they wouldn't have. Never thought of that before!
