Nobody has to swear on the bible in court. You can simply affirm that you will tell the truth.

No courtroom has required a witness to swear on a Bible in over 35 years. Most states do not even include the words "so help me God" anymore. So the question is pointless.

What do you guys do, watch Perry Mason all day? Nobody swears on the Bible in court anymore.

Well I doubt the problem is going to come up since nearly all murderers are Christians.
