Depends on what you mean by cheap. Different people have different budget and we all expect different standards for what we might define as "cheap". Also, depending on what country you are from- "cheap " may still mean "expensive" to others. You will need to be more specific as to what you really want.

I have stayed in many hotels which are all pretty reasonable standard for the price, so I won't recommend any one in particular. But there are many many hotels which I am sure you will find within your standard and within your price.

This website can list hotels by price or by location. It also shows reviews - both good and bad (pretty unbiased, actually) of the hotel you select - written by people who actually stayed there. So you can make up your own mind if you want to book that hotel.

Sky train BTS ARI station, name of hotel: My house Hotel 550B (US$15), clean, convenient, friendly staff, hot shower, A/C. big room, twin bedded. $10 type is also available but it's called guesthouse a little superior to hostel.
