Mine would be the same: red and black. What a coincidence! I believe red is such a powerful statement color, and black is also my favorite. But wearing both can make you look like Count Dracula's daughter.

Many great artists, like the French author Stendhal and Jacques Brel have associated red with black, so if it's your feeling OK.
As a painter however, I prefer green-yellow or blue-red juxtapositions.

light green (like the yahoo answers green) with strong orange (nearer to yellow than red)
Grey and magenta
dark blue and cream
yellow and cyan
dark brown and turquoise
