USA, The entire Population is made up of immigrants from various Countries all over the world from the day it was discovered till date.

Pretty much every country outside of the fertile crescent is 100% immigrant or immigrant descended.
However, if you mean the true meaning of the word, as in born in another country and migrated elsewhere, I am sure it is the US.
