Check with local law enforcement agencies, or search the Internet for Minnesota Sex Offender Registry. This should have the name and current address of all registered sex offenders in the state.

Well you can go to the police station, or state patol or sheriffs office and they can tell you if there are any in your town, and where they live, they are suppose to do that by law.
