I use sliming tea that makes me diarrhoea every morning?

Question

Well,i drink it after every meal or when am thirsty,thus ihave been avoiding juice.Every morning i get stomachaches and diarrhoea after wards.
Since i startred thiz,my skin is dry and itchy.Could it be having traces of laxatives?????ß
Is it right that i continue using it,coz i really want to trim down!!!!

Sounds like all your loosing is waterweight and nutrition.Try drinking water or flavored water. Herbal teas. Too much slimming tea and you could become dehydrated. Eat healthier and less exersize more .I know easy to say hard to do.Just know you are not the only one fighting the battle!

There can be 2 main reasons why u get stomachaches and diarrhoea after slimming tea. 1st is that such teas contain laxatives, usually an osmotic ones, that draws water into ur intestine, hence you are losing water and electrolytes in ur diarrhoea. It also increases the motilty of ur intestines and decreases the absorption of water and nutrients hence accounting for the weight loss and cramps.
The 2nd reason is some of these teas contains resins which actually adsorb fats in ur diet, hence u get stetorrhoea (fatty diarrhoea) which is often yellowish in colour and particularly foul smelling. Hence there is lesser absorption of fats making u lose weight.

It could be that the tea contains senna, which is an herbal laxative. It is commonly used by Chinese herbalist to reduce water retention. You are probably not losing fat weight but water weight which is dangerous because you might lose electrolytes in your body.
