There are a lot of pain relief tablets like mefenamic acid to ease your pain but it would be best for you to go to an ear doctor since your case could lead to hearing loss. It is a delicate situation since our ears are located near the brain...any untreated infection might migrate to the brain which could lead to serious complications.

Try using a few drops of warm sweet oil. It can be found at most drug stores.Just for temporary relief of pain. You might also ask your dentist to check you for TMJ. It caused me to have a lot of pain in my ear. TMJ is caused by clinching or grinding your teeth during sleep.

Go to the Dr. you probably have an infection and need an antibiotic. Try a heating pad and Motrin in the meantime.
