Headaches after drinking are caused from dehydration. The only way to hopefully curb off that headache is to take a full 8-16 oz (the more the better!!) before you pass out along with 1 alieve, or 3 tylenol or motrin. Then keep a thing of water next to you while you sleep, you will want to down it in the morning.

Drinking a lot of water before you go to bed will lessen some of the dehydration, and aspirin will help with the headache, but you will still get a hangover.

There is no cure. Anyone who tells you different is trying to empty your wallet.

Keep in mind, that you will only get a hangover when you drink too much. Your body is telling you to drink less. The body knows when it is time to stop.

Hangovers are caused by dehydration. Everyday you should be drinking a couple of litres of water, if you are going out on the beer make sure you have done this before you go out. When you get back have another litre of water. The next morning I recommend orange juice and a banana for sodium and potassium.
Happy drinking and stay safe!

The reason why your head hurts is because alcohol is a diuretic; it makes you flush fluids from your body. Don't drink coffee when you wake up because its a diuretic as well. A headache is a symptom of the dehydration and may be eased with pain relievers and water. Take a acetaminophen when you wake up and try to drink some water before you go to sleep as well when you wake up. And remember "Beer before liquor never the sicker Liquor before beer your in the clear!"

Either cut down on the beer or drink a few pints of water before going to bed.

The headaches are from dehydration. Depending on the amount of beer you drink, you can escape a hangover by drinking as much water as you can before going to bed (come to think of it, as well as during your drinking session) AND take a couple of asprine.

are you drinking Larger, bitter, ale ? The lighter (in taste/colour) the better for the headache, the alcoholic content doesn't affect the hangover that much, mainly affects how drunk you become.

drink water before , drink lots of water after.....it may be hard but try a new drink ....I know lads love a pint ..but try a bottle beer, or spirit+mixer instead. took me years of hangovers to find my ideal booze.

dont drink lots of beer. :p

as they say, do things in moderation. you'd be fine once you know how much beer you can take without suffering from a hangover the next day. :)
