I am 25 yaer old my problem is i am loosing my hair every day. i tried to control it but no result found? whenever i use to wash my hairs almost 200 to 300 hair i will lose.. some body suggested me that after apply hair oil to hair wait one hour and wash it...
so plz suggest me how to contro on it? i am worrying about it?

normally in one day 100 hairs falls down. This is absolutely normal.

dont use strong shampoos or oils for hair Asthey r very sensitive.use parashute advanced oil for a daily oil massage for your hair.if u dont know to massage your hair then tell your mom,she will do it in a best way. best of luck!

try this. it really works...puttin a mixture of castrol oil and coconut oil a night before u wash ur hair......and use a mild shampoo like a herbal one also avoid conditioners..this has really helped my hairfall.

I have the same problem as you!! it doesn't drop as much in the past. I guess ages are catching up.

Maybe try not to take too much MSG

normally everybody face this problem at this age...
first dont get tense for everything. continue the shampoo which u used earlier. dont change. moreover dont change your hair style.

If you are losing 50% hair everyday, you should be bald, before I could reply.

check your thyroid gland function, it could be hypothyroidism
