Although you need the iron content in the steak, I think it takes longer to digest than chicken so, chicken.

Go for the steak providing it comes from Australia where we dont walk into walls after eating it.Ie no mad Cow desease. Chickens are still being laced with hormones for quick growth.

Skin free chicken as that is better for you. For one thing white meat such as chicken and turkey is better for you than red meat such as steak and beef.
And as all the fat in a chicken is in the skin, if you remove it you are cutting down on the fat in your diet and eating healthily

skin free chicken, i believe it is more healthier than red meat it. but that doesnt mean you should cut steak out of your diet, because that is really healthy for you too, and it gives you all of your nutrients.

Skin free white meat chicken would be my choice. The big thing is portion size, whether it's either one. :)

A very hard question. Chickens with their feathers on taste like crap but then again so do cows with their hide so i guess its up to you....feathers or cowhide!!!!! Personally I would skin them both.
