I absolutely LOVE Dunn's River All Purpose Seasoning, it's great sprinkled on to roast potatoes right before you roast them, or mixed in with a little butter and added on to jacket potatoes (sweet potatoes also!!)

I also love garlic butter or sour cream

For tatties (big or small) still in their skins:
Olive Oil, Rock Salt and ground Black Pepper.

For diced potatos:
Roast in Olive Oil with bacon lardons, slices of onion and add a bit of grated cheese for the last 10 mins.

Delicious!

Try Garlic Salt you just sprinkle it on after they're cooked. but if you do use it cut down on the amount of salt you put into the water with your potatoes.
