By avoiding bribe (taking) we have to follow a lot of problems,we have to lose our prestige we will have to be the victim
By avoiding giving bribe our work will suffer,
in both the cases we find ourself difficult to survive in the world

Bribe can be avoided only by punishment. People who take or receive bribe should be properly punished so others will also stop encouraging bribes.

Avoiding it is completely in our hand.
Person who is getting bribe will say: They are giving bribe so we are accepting.
Person who is giving bribe will say: They are asking bribe so we are giving.
But, what is the exact reason behind bribe?
Not having patience is the main reason.
You give bribe only when we cannot wait - we cannot wait to get driving license, we cannot wait for getting house registration ... we want everything to happen as soon as possible. We are not following the rules! , we are not patient.
It is only when you want everything to happen according to your convenience, does these bribe takes shape.
So, it is the people to blame for bribe. Follow the rules properly, want something - apply through proper means and everything will follow one by one.

Keep your records whatever are required up to date. Be on wright side and do not try to get any illegal thing get done for only your benefit. The question of giving bribe does not arise.
If you are correct and the other person asks for bribe, contact anti corruption bureau.

it is not the question how to avoide rather why to do so. if we r taking then why not other can do ? so this can be stopped starting by the individual. the principle is dont take or give it. if any people surrounding u is taking bribe then opose him. make the person taking bribe ashamed in such a manner as he starts hating himself.

Bribe means a sum of money or something valuable that we give or offer somebody to persude them to help us.
Bribe can be avoided by bringing alertness in our work
by devotion & dedication.

First the best tactic is to negotiate on the bribe!! If not possible, try to post-pone the decision to deal with a person who asks for bribe. Do this post-ponement politely. Search for alternative ways. If you don't find one, go back to the dealer who asks for bribe. This time don;t try to negotiate as it will not work!

It seems you are from India ... so forget avoiding it.
Unlink other countries; in India bribe is taken not to do wrong things but to do right things.
Nowadays ... it is not know as bribe in India but known as "Suvidha Sulk" (convenience fee).
