i also have Lizz long hair and oily as urs, i use Karites shampoo with Moroccan Ghasoul clay for oily hair, a french product, and wash my scalp twice on applying, i apply weekly hot oil bath to strenghthen my hair , i have no problem with using the oil
just use oil once a week then rinse it, don't use frequently as ur hair is oily, and wash ur scalp twice with shampoo
and tell me if this suceeds with u or failed

I don't know why you'd be applying oil to yourhair before shampooing. Use a shampoo and conditioner for oily hair.

Just apply oil at night and the next morning wake up take a bath and use shampoo and also conditioner. just apply oil once or twice a week

if your hair is oily why apply oil before washing? wash with a shampoo for oily hair to remove some of the "very much oily"

Apply some coconut oil and massage for sometime and have bath after 30 minutes. Do this on alternate days. Don't do this daily.

There's this thing called "conditioner." It will lightly condition your hair and it's used after a shampoo. Look for a bottle that says "for oily hair."

oil softens ur hair and makes strong from their roots .it is not necessary that b4 shampooing u must apply oil u can aplly at night and wash on morning.as u wish.

since your hair is too oily, u don't need to apply oil. however, u can use a non-greasy oil if u want. there are some non-greasy oils available. just check it out.
