yesterday i heard my bf talking to his friend and telling him how nice his new colleague was.she is a woman...i got very upset because he knew i was there and also the tone of his voice bothered me awfully... when he said .. i met this polish girl,ooo,nice man...these are exactly his words...i got mad..i burst into tears and since yesterday i couldnt sleep at all.they are going to share an appartment ,5 roomies..i am far from him,we don't meet very often,we have been together for more than 2 years now though... i am afraid he will cheat on me...if not with her ,maybe someone else,because i think when a man says such a thing to another man ,is like a code..or something,it's like saying oh ,she was hot,she would be good in bed with me,or something like that.this thought drives me crazy.i told him i heard ,and he acted like he didn't do anything wrong,then he apologized and said that maybe it wasn't very smart of him to say that in front of me.what to do ?? i am still upset and confused

I think you need to find a new boyfriend. Why??? Because if he knew you were there and still had that type of a conversation with his buddy then he doesn't have very much respect for you. It's natural that men will notice other women and even talk amongst ourselves about them but anyone who gives a @#$! about their gf/significant other would not do it when she is going to be able to overhear it!!
In my opinion, he did it because he doesn't care that much about you or because he knew that it would upset you and he wanted to get a rise out of you...in which case I still say that he doesn't care much about you. If you loved someone, would you knowingly say something that will piss them off???

Okay, first of all he's in a relationship, not dead. Looking is normal. Hell, I point out girls to my BF and say things like look at the rack on her. I know it sounds odd or like we're open. But it's my way of not letting it bother me. Because most likely if I caught him looking on his own it would bother me.
But, if you are concerned about his cheating, then your relationship probably isn't that great. I was married to a man that made me feel like you are right now. It was so bad that when we would go to a bar, he sat at the stool next to me, but made it look like we were not together. Guess what, 10 yrs and 1.5 (I was pregnant) children later. He tells me he is in love with some one else.
The guy I am with now, could be in a room full of sexy naked women begging just to give him a BJ...He wouldn't even let them lick his shoe. He loves me. But, he says that if he were Heather Carolyn or Lindsey Lohan he's sit in front of the mirror and play with himself all day.
I admire a good male form, but I don't think about doing him. I'm on a diet but the menu is still there.

Your boyfriend is lacking in sensitivity. Guys make comments to other guys about how hot women are too each other all the time. It doesn't mean that they're going to cheat on their girlfriends. I think you should talk to your boyfriend and tell him some of the things you've said here.
Relax, if you don't have any proof that he's sleeping around then don't worry. You have to try and trust him. He apologized for being stupid I guess you'll have to try not to worry about it.

Boys will be boys and no matter how much he loves you, he can never stop ogling or fantasizing about other women. So you must stop being paranoid! Has he always been like that? If yes, then he's being very immature and disrespectful towards you and baby, if you cant trust this guy, you should back out from this relationship.

The fact that he said it in front of you would indicate nothing is going on.
However, your written statement is so full of fearful insecurities I can't imagine you ever having a relationship with this man if he is halfway healthy emotionally or anyone that is emotionally healthy for that matter.
He should DUMP YOU . . . and fast.
