I was wondering if anyone knew if it woul hurt if you got your c*** hood piercied before you have your child if it would affect the birth or anything.

Wait until after the birth and you are healed. They will make you take it out during labor and delivery anyway. In fact my high risk doctor has a sign up that says all piercings must be removed for each appointment. And believe me, your not going to want to have to take it out and put it back in while it is still healing. It's a wound and will hurt.
Also tammer1973, getting the hood pierced is not going to make you lose feeling down there. It's the flap of skin over your important parts. Now I've heard if you get the actual parts pierced then you could lose feeling.

I really would advise against doing that until after you have the baby and you are sufficiently healed. You have to really take care of your piercings and keep them from getting infected. If the doctor accidentally tugs on it you will end up feeling alot of pain and the piercing could end up rejecting.

more than likely the doctor would make you take it out before birth to reduce any risk of damaging the baby during delivery. And why would you risk infection in that particular area while you are pregnant? that can harm the baby. your body needs all of its energy to create a baby, not heal a new hole where you just punctured yourself.

I'm sure any dr will highly recommend that you remove it until after the birth.

DONT DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#1 ) It can make you lose all feeling in it and then well you lose alot of feeling
#2 ) When you have a baby , during labor YOU SWELL AND EXPAND down there, you dont wanna do that.
#3 ) The first question is are you pregnant, they arent suposed to do that while your pregnant
