Ana, but I do like Karishma as well. Ana is just more simple and classic.

My daughter's name is Anastasia, and we call her Ana. I tend to dislike 'alternate' spellings, and wouldn't use Ana as a given name. I have no feelings towards Karishma; is it ethnic? What does it mean?

Plz think before giving your child a name that it will be stuck with forever. It will be very confusing for your child and all the classmates to spell and say. Let alone all the names it will be called ............. Bottom line the choice is yours, however if your gonna give a wierd name i think it needs to be a middle name atleast they can opt to use the first letter and not all of it. fab names are not cute at 15, 20, 30,
