Ah, Spiderman syndrome. I think he did it by having his hand wrist-up, then extending his little and index fingers and thumb. That did it for him. Then he chucked himself off a bunch of buildings to see if it still worked. But you might have to do it differently, as your mortality may make the last part fatal!
