Don't keep your backbone loose/curved while sitting on bike. Keep alert and always straightened your backbone upright. Try to avoid rough roads as jerks are causing harm to you.
As much as our backbone is straight as less problems, it must not be curved.

keeping your tummy and feet warm (I know, it's weird in the heat, but...). Be very, very careful with a bath - it can make you bleed heavily, and that is also not pleasant. I personally found that the hormonal (anti-conceptive) pills have a very smoothing effect on my period (I have almost fainted with the pain, and I am by no means unique) - it is shorter and I don't feel any pain at all. This method isn't very natural, though. Of the painkillers, I found that Motrin used to have a rather strong effect on the cramps, and in quantities that didn't make me _that_ drowsy. But that's not natural either.

It possibly from sitting awkwardly and hunched on your bike, try stretching out before and afterwards to really stretch your muscles out and try have a couple of bike free days in your week. A warm bath with radox will be soothing and give heat pads a go. Good luck x
