Hmmm....no healthy way...that is true. But you can start a plan of a moderate diet and exercise that will lead to a new skinny you. I am serious now, your mind set is what leads to eating disorders. And eating disorders kill people. Please do not look for the quick fix, it is never healthy or permanent. Take care of yourself and your body. It is the only one you got.

Getting skinny in 7 days is nearly impossible, but if u are a male u can loose weight fatser.First you need to ban urself from fat and high carb and sugary food.But you have to exercise alot.Try swimming which is the best fat brning excercise or running and pilating (for 2 hours).Lifting weights burns alot of fat and creates a good shape for the body(but u need to commit for a one year program to get the best shape in case of weight lifting).Eat a meal with moderate amount of carbs 2 hours before exercise to provide you with the energy needed during excersise.
But if you dont do lifting weights u will end up having excess skin which is not really nice for ur look.So try to enroll urself in gym for one year and excercise for an hour and half and lift weights for a period of time then start doin fat burning excersises accompanied with lifting weights(after 2months of begining excercises) and at the end you will loose fat and your body begins shaping well.But remeber to eat protein meals and green vegetables with low or moderate amounts of carbs.Cut off soft drinks too.

honey, you wont get skinny in 7 days! you'll get ulcer., not unless you follow my routine., i do pilates and i dont eat much carb., so i'd suggest you do pilates once a day or exercise, drink a lot of water and eat green leafy vegetables,, it'll be good to be a vegetarian you know, but! you wont get the results that easy, just have a healthy diet and you'll never notice that you'll get healthier and skinnier by the moment

If you stick to a healthy diet and exercise plan you might lose a pound or 2 but you won't be 'skinny' you'll mainly lose water.

DON'T eat salt!!!!!
stay away from carbonated drinks
