Actually she is not confident on you and so she is hasitating to respond. So you have to me more than a human to take her into confidence by helping her in all possible ways. You can help her family, her studies, try to know her hobbies and nature, likes and dislikes and slowly win her heart. You have to be confident within yourself too and try to prosper in life. Once she is confident, she will certainly come to you sponteneously.

If you love each other, what the hell is the problem. Why would she say no? Why would she be afraid to say yes if she loves you? I think you are delusional. Don't make stuff up in your head and think that's reality. The reality is, maybe she doesn't love you. Maybe she doesn't even know who you are. Think about that.
