fluorides, in various forms, have been additives in toothpaste for several decades now. i've never heard of there being negative side effects. surely, after all this time, if there were a problem there would have been a public outcry and efforts to have fluorides removed.

btw, fluorides have also been added to public water supplies in cities and towns throughout the world. they reduce the incidence of cavities significantly, particularly among children.

As a child I had no fluoride additives. Poor to mediocre teeth.

But my children had fluoride day every Friday in school and neither of them have had any cavities and they are in their 30's.

Fluoride is added to many city water supplies.

no fluorides r added to strengthen ur teeth..
there is abs no harm in usin them unless until u live in an area wit high fluoride concentrations..
then it can accumulate in the body n cause skeletal deformities
