I am the head cook at my restaurant and it can be fun. As long as you know when to pick and choose your battles with the people you work with. You must be able to take criticism as well. Always be open to new ideas and just remember...cooks don't make mistakes...we make new creations.

I was thinking just th same thing. Cooking gives pleasure. i think you should go for it.. :)
if this what makes you happy but If you hate it you will have a miserable time.
