You can't "work" your way to Heaven. None of us are "good" enough. The only way to Heaven is the belief in Jesus Christ as described in the Bible. Godspeed to you friend.

Would a student ask if he will do well in his papers when he knows that he had prepared well enough for his exam/finals? If you are asking this question, then it is apparent that you can't. You do not know Him or what it means to go to heaven that is why you couldn't answer this question.
Jesus is the way to heaven.. Repent from your sins. Receive Christ through faith. And your sins will be forgiven. Every man's life with Him starts with this. It is because of the sins that we could not near Him and neither could He. Where there is light, there will never be darkness. Likewise where the holiest of all is present no sin can come near it. He is the holy one. No one can be compared to what He stands for. So no sinful ways can go near Him.
He has already built a path to reach to us. That is Christ. Use Christ to reach Him, our Father. Through Christ our sins will be forgiven. That is why Christ is the way. Now all we have to do is to use the path that is already made for us. Use Christ, the path.. the way. When our sins are forgiven there is no gap between Him and us.
When we reach Him through Christ every questions will be answered. Joy will overfill us. Nothing can ever shake the ground we are standing on. Because a connection is made between Father, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and us. No other feelings but joy will flow out of us.
Read the bible, EVERYTHING is in it. Those are His words. His words to us, meant only for us.
Billy Graham's The Secret of Happiness will also help. It clearly explains the humans, our current situation, Christ, our Father, the Holy Spirit, the Bible, etc..

You can't go simply because you performed good deeds. Your actions are based on the morality you have in not letting life be destroyed if possible. You salvattion is based SOLELY uopn your obedience to God's word. Without repentance, water baptism, sanctification, and being indwelt by the Holy Ghost, you cannot begin to cultivate a meaningful relationship with Christ that will RID and KEEP you from sin!

First seek the kingdom of heaven and then all things will be granted unto you. Can you still go to heaven? Of course, but you first must pray to God and ask Him to guide you to your salvation.
Time will run out at the Second Coming of our Lord & Savior Christ Jesus. (Revelation 10: 6) That when he comes again he will judge the world and the people in it and if you don't belong to His body (i.e. church) it will be impossible for you to be saved, or go to heaven.
So, my friend, yes there's still time but these are things not to be taken lightly. For just as I am responding to your question now these things will occur on the surface of the Planet Earth.

Jesus died on the cross for everyone. How do we receive salvation? We are saved by faith. First, we must hear the gospel—the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection (Ephesians 1:13). Then, we must believe—fully trust the Lord Jesus (Romans 1:16). This involves repentance, a changing of mind about sin and Christ (Acts 3:19) and calling on the name of the Lord (Romans 10:9-10, 13).
A definition of the Christian doctrine of salvation would be “The spiritual, eternal deliverance which God immediately grants to those who accept His conditions of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus.” Salvation is available in Jesus alone (John 14:6; Acts 4:12), and is dependant on God alone for provision, assurance, and security.

Death is inevitable. The thief on the cross knew when his would occur, but we can not predict our own. After his death, the crucified criminal went to live in paradise with Jesus. Some of us will also live eternally in God's presence. But others will experience everlasting torment, forever separated from Him.
If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)
Become part of God's family today. Acknowledge your sinfulness, and express your faith in these words:
"God, I have sinned against You. (Romans 3:23) I've followed my own way and refused to give You the right to rule in my life. (Romans 3:10-12) I recognize I am separated from You and cannot rescue myself. I do believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I accept the truth of the Scriptures? that His death on the cross paid my sin-debt in full. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) And I ask You to forgive me of my sins. (1 John 1:9) By faith, I receive You, Lord Jesus, as my personal Savior from this moment on."
If you just spoke those words to God, then, like the thief on the cross, you have received salvation? a gift of God's grace. The heavenly Father welcomes every person who comes to Him through His Son, regardless of background, age, or current situation. Through Jesus, the right to enter paradise is yours!

saving the lives of three total strangers goesn't necessarily guarantee you a spot in heaven.. that depends on your deeds, your sins that was accumulated throughout the moment your life starts and till the day your life ends.. we were not put onto this life so that we could 'buy' (sorry for the pun) our way into heaven.. its those little things that we often forget (or think is unworthy of being judged).. remember, its not the quantity but the quality/sincerityn of that deed that really counts..

Most Christians believe that good deeds don't get you into heaven; you have to be saved, confess your sins, and believe in Jesus first.
However, I don't believe that such a heaven even exists, so there is no worry as to whether you could get to go or not.
Hey, good job on saving lives!

The Final Prophet Muhammad said: "Whoever believes there is no god but God, alone without partner, that Muhammad is His messenger, that Jesus is messenger of God, and that Paradise and Hell are true, shall be received by God into Heaven."
