My son gets this alot. He has to take his socks off and I get a hot water bottle and put ice water in it and he has to elevate his feet on a chair and then rest his feet on the frozen water bottle.
It usually happened when he had eaten foods with additives in it.
I googled it ages ago and there are lots of people out there with this affliction. Everyones triggers are different. You need to find what yours is by going to your GP.

hi. You did not mention if you are a girl or a boy. If you're a girl wearing knee high or thigh high stockings it will be one of the culprits. Blood flow is constricted and is not circulating well in your lower extremities and tingling or burning sensation will be the normal response of your body. To remedy this wear a pantyhose. If you are going to wear a full support pantyhose elevate your legs first for about 5 minutes and wear your stockings. If not you can wear it any position you want. ( I wear full support nursing stockings and I do this, I always get burning sensation in my legs). It can also happen if you are wearing very tight jeans. There are no remedies or medications for this because that's a normal body response when you are in a certain position for a long time. The only thing you can do is massage your leg and try to do stretching every few hours. If you are driving and you feel tis the only thing you can do for your own safety is to park on the side and rest until it is gone. Burning sensation may accompany numbness afterwards so it's better to take precaution especially when you are driving for long hours. Hope it helps.

This generally occurs when your feet are not moving when they are either planted on the floor or if you have one leg placed over the other. Keep changing position of your legs every ten minutes or so. Keep the blood flowing. Exercise your feet from time to time. Rub them. The trick is to keep the blood flowing in both legs.

You might have bad circulation in your legs and feet. I would first of all go to see your doctor and let them check. ARe you diabetic? It could be planters facitis and that can be remedied with meds and better fitted shoes. Don't let this sit.. Go to get it checked out. It is better to be safe than sorry, and sometimes better late than never is the worst prescription. Take it from one who knows... good luck.

The tingling sensation would be due to poor circulation. Try to sit with your feet raised when you're at home. Also, have a diabetes test.

Don't sit around for so long. It sounds like you have a circulation problem or something I would go and see a doctor.
