if he is just shy u can try someting. it could be that he dosent like u very much, but if he is just shy, grab him and kiss him on the lips(be agresive/force it) he will be happy u did. that will only work if he is shy, or new at it or someting.

dump him...i was like that with my ex-girlfriend...i didn't really like her...i mean she was ok to hang with or have sex with but i still never kissed her on her lips...to me..kissing is more personal and meaningful than sex
