Many adult christians explain that God has protected them. How we be confident of God's protection when innocent babies and children are abused or hurt daily?

There are many different sets of circumstances surrounding the harm that comes to children. While God does have His hand on such things, it's up to the individuals causing the harm to make the conscious choice NOT TO CAUSE HARM to these children. God takes the souls of the innocent back to Heaven anyway, so why be sad? Remember, "Weeping endureth for a night, but JOY SHALL COME IN THE MORNING!"

Innocent babies are given parents....and some people are not the parent type and should not have children...It has nothing to do with God....

I don't think there's a connnection.
Relationships with God are personal and individual.
