The las big seizsure I had I lost total consciousness but I was aware of it and I wasnt scared. I came to with my wife crying because i was twitching on the bathroom floor but when I came to she said I practically floated to my feet but lost balance when I was aware of my surroundings..more importantly at the time I didnt recognize my wife.

That is called a post ictal state.....confusion, weakness, imbalance and neurological symptoms.....

You should definitely check with your doctor, there are different types of seizures. The first time I saw a seizure was my son, it was awful. Seizures are what you said, and there is disorientation after one--yes. I was on Dilantin for some years and monitored by my Husband Sons and now my brain activity is normal and no longer on Dilantin, the doctor allowed a short term analysis, and now I have been off for several years.

Well they can, it really depends on how bad your seizsures are, it can make one feel like thye are dieing or have died. So maybe you should check with your doctor about how bad this last one was and have your wife go with you so she can tell what she saw, and what was going on during the seizsure, cause he may have to put you on something else to help keep you from having another one that bad.
