This does sound like an anxiety attack. Have you been worried about anything related to your past recently? Sometimes our dreams and unconscious actions reflect how we feel deep down. Consult a healthcare professional if you find that you have repetitive anxiety of episodes of panic. Either way you are ok and I know that it is so difficult to see straight in a state like that. There are plenty of things to do (including diet changes, medication and alternative medicines) that help these types of situations. That sinking feeling is experienced by many of us but seek help if you feel worse.

Same thing more or less happened to me last October. I felt that "Doom" & nothing could make me at ease. I found that it was something that effected me a long time ago & for whatever reason it came back in my mind. I went to my GP and was perscribed Cipramil & went to have counciling. Both of these combined helped alot. What i only found out recentily was that if you drink alot of alcohol it effects you really badly. I was at a party on Saturday night and on Sunday i thought i was going to die (not with a hangover) & this continued up till yesterday!! I will not be drinking alcohol anymore.... well maybe not as much!! Go see your GP, anxiety is very treatable it might take a while but it will ease & you will learn how to get ride of that feeling of panic before it comes to a peak. I hate the feeling so much, its mentally draining. It is also so common you would'nt believe, just say it to some of your friends & you will be amazed of so many of them having experienced the same as you at some time or other. Good luck & keep possitive.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

This is something you should definitely consult a doctor or hypnotists. I have had strange things happen when I was younger nothing really helped but my mother would assure me sometimes things happen and always go to her anytime to discuss it. She never doubted me and when I lived alone it never happened, strange. Anxiety, I some times wonder why it may hit so what I do is grab my puppy and no matter what time go for a walk and plead the blood of Jesus. It may not be you, you may have a bad element around you.

Maybe ya had a vision. Don't worry dreams of impending doom don't mean your going to die. If they are visions they are most likely a warning. Visions of the future don't tell the future. They just suggest what they might be. It could be because your subconsciously frightened about something in your life. You may know deep down that something lin your projected future could do you harm. Don't freak out too much. Just be on your toes and conscious of your actions and feelings.
